David M. Richards

David M. Richards has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. David is currently the President-Elect at BICSI and was previously the CTO and BICSI Authorized Design Training Partner at ICT Training Group. David is also a former BICSI Master Instructor and Certified Trainer. In addition to their work in the telecommunications industry, David has also served as the Cabling Skills Challenge Chair/Head Judge and as the BICSI U.S. Western Region Director.

David M. Richards has a Telecommunications Engineering degree from Western Technical College, and is an RCDD, NTS Designer, OSP Designer, and ICT Technician. David is also a certified trainer and master instructor in the field of information and communications technology from BICSI. David has a degree in business/commerce from Los Angeles Pierce College.
