Rick Ciordia

Rick Ciordia is the current Secretary at BICSI. Prior to this, they worked as a Supervisor Engineer at PREPA from September 2012 to June 2021. Rick also worked as an Engineering & Planning Manager at WorldNet Telecommunications from May 2003 to December 2007. Rick Ciordia has also worked as a Data Integrator Officer at Puerto Rico Telephone from August 1996 to May 2003.
