Billy Palmer

Billy Palmer is an experienced planning professional currently serving as an Associate Planner and previously as a Principal Planner at Bidwells since May 2022. Prior to this role, Billy worked at TURNBERRY PLANNING LIMITED as a Planner from May 2019 to May 2022, and held the position of Head of Operations at Zenith GRP from April 2014 to August 2019, where responsibilities included credit control and client relations in the banking and finance sectors. Billy's early experience includes a work placement at Rolfe Judd Architects and Planning Consultants, focusing on report writing and research related to planning permissions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Urban Design & City Planning from UCL (2017-2018) and a BA in Geography from King's College London (2010-2013).
