Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts is responsible for guiding the strategic direction, financial oversight, and overall management of the organization. They work collaboratively to ensure the successful implementation of the mission by developing policies, securing funding, forging partnerships, and overseeing program effectiveness. Their goal is to ensure every child in their service area has access to a caring adult mentor, ultimately impacting the children's academic performance, social skills, and overall wellbeing.
