The Leadership Team at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati is responsible for steering the organization in fulfilling its mission to create and support impactful one-to-one mentoring relationships. The team oversees strategic planning, program development, financial stewardship, and organizational growth to ensure that all youth served achieve their full potential. Key responsibilities include guiding marketing and fundraising initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering community partnerships to expand and enhance mentoring programs across the 13-county service area.
