Paul Lewis

Paul Lewis currently serves as the Director of Customer Service and Community Engagement at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago, a position that began in October 2024, where responsibilities include strategic recruitment of youth and volunteers. Previously, Paul held two director roles at People’s Resource Center from January 2021 to October 2024, focusing on adult education, employment programs, and job assistance. Paul has extensive experience at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago, having worked in various positions from 2012 to 2021, including Senior Manager of Site-Based Program. Additional experience includes roles as a Youth Specialist at The Night Ministry, CARE Coordinator at La Causa, Inc., Title One Teacher at Charter School of the Dunes, and Inside Sales Representative at ServiceSource. Paul Lewis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Indiana State University in 2007.
