Nikki Valentine

Nikki Valentine is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in people relations and HR business partnering. Currently serving as an HRBP at Big Motoring World Group since September 2024, Nikki has previously held key roles at BCA UK, including Senior People Relations Specialist and People Specialist from December 2019 to January 2025. Additional experience includes an interim position as Human Resources Generalist at Fox's Biscuits in 2019 and a similar interim role as HR Business Partner at Nottingham County Council in 2018.
