Joanna Payoyo is a Legal Documents Product Specialist at BigHand since October 2024, following a role as Product Manager at Breast Buds Inc, where Joanna developed a go-to-market strategy for a breast cancer support application. Previously, Joanna led a document automation team at Athennian, enhancing user efficiency through automated templates. Joanna's career began as a Systems Analyst at Litwiniuk & Company, where Joanna implemented an ERP system and improved workflows. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Bachelor of Computer Information Systems, Joanna is currently pursuing a Microcredential in Applied Product Management at SAIT.
