The Culinary Team at Bigspoon, consisting of Chefs, Cluster Headchefs, Cluster Chefs, and Corporate Chefs, is responsible for developing and executing diverse, high-quality menus for the cloud kitchen operations. They ensure consistency in taste and presentation, manage kitchen staff training, and oversee the implementation of food safety standards across multiple kitchen clusters.
