David Hornik

David Hornik has served as a member of the board of directors since May 2016. Mr. Hornik has served as general partner of August Capital, a venture capital firm, since June 2000. Since February 2012, Mr. Hornik has served on the board of directors of Fastly, Inc., a cloud computing company, and currently serves on the boards of directors of several privately held companies. He also served on the board of directors of Splunk, Inc., a provider of machine data analytics software, from August 2004 to September 2017. Mr. Hornik holds an A.B. in Political Science and an A.B. in Computer Music from Stanford University, M. Phil in Criminology from Cambridge University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
