Peter K. Bratney

Peter K. Bratney serves as the President and CEO of Bratney, a position held since December 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing business operations from a risk and liability perspective, managing legal issues, insurance, risk mitigation strategies, human resources, and information technology. In addition, Peter serves on the Board of Directors for both Bill Jacobs Motorsport and Shaw Electric Inc. Previously, Peter chaired the FuSE Committee for the American Seed Trade Association and worked as an Associate Attorney at Brick Gentry Law Firm, focusing on corporate and transactional law. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Boston College.
