Gert Larsson

Gert Larsson is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience across various industries, currently on garden leave from Stora Enso where Gert holds the position of SVP Operations, overseeing Packaging Materials mills in multiple countries. As the Owner, Managing Director, and Senior Consultant at Larsson Consulting since May 2015, Gert provides management consulting and advisory services. Previously, Gert served as CEO/COO at Ocado Engineering, driving a start-up focused on innovative container handling technology. Gert’s notable tenure at Cargotec Corporation included roles as Vice President and Executive Vice President, managing product portfolios, sourcing, and operations across a vast geographical area. Gert has also held key leadership roles at NOTE and Nolato, as well as managerial positions at Volvo Car Corporation. Educational qualifications include training as a Captain at the Swedish Royal Military Academy and a technical background from Technical Senior High School.
