Karolin Beyer

Karolin Beyer has extensive experience in the paper and packaging industry, currently serving as the Business Development Director for Paperboard at Billerud since August 2012, where responsibilities include managing customer service for East Europe, particularly Poland, as well as Austria, Switzerland, and key accounts in Germany. Previous roles at Billerud included Sales Manager and Sales Executive, demonstrating a strong background in sales and customer relations. Prior to Billerud, Karolin Beyer worked at Smurfit Kappa in customer service for corrugated packaging in Europe, and at Mondi Packaging Hamburg GmbH, coordinating sales and production across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, while also serving as a Regional Account Manager at The Bergquist Company. Education includes a degree in Industriekauffrau with a focus on marketing and sales from Jakob-Preh Berufsschule Bad Neustadt and prior studies in psychology at Tonganoxie High School.
