Adriaan Kolff

Adriaan Kolff is the Co-Founder and CEO of Matchr, a company that delivers embedded talent teams to scale-ups and large enterprises, functioning entirely remotely to access global talent. In addition to leading Matchr, Adriaan is the Founder of Twenty Four The Planet, addressing the challenges of the global climate crisis. Adriaan has invested in several companies, including Billy Grace, Jackfruit Finance, Springcast, Heep, Temper, Good Interfaces, and RealDrives Nederland. Previously, Adriaan co-founded Pantala, which specializes in hiring remote software developers from South Africa. Adriaan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Groningen, along with additional educational experiences at Universidad de Belgrano, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and Visser 't Hooft Lyceum.
