Kaira Gangaiah

Kaira Gangaiah has over 30 years of experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent role was as HR Director at BinHendi Enterprises, where they were responsible for strategic HR leadership, fostering a corporate culture, and implementing HR policies and processes. Prior to that, they served as the Group HRD Manager at Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros., where they set up the HRD function and implemented various HR systems and processes. Kaira also held leadership positions at AW Rostamani Group, HSBC Global Resourcing, Chola Mitsui Sumitomo General Insurance, Siemens Ltd, Thermax, and Eureka Forbes Ltd, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits management, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development initiatives.

Kaira Gangaiah's education history includes a certification in Leadership: People, Teams & Organizations from Columbia Business School in 2016. Kaira also holds a Master of Social Work with a specialization in HR from Delhi University. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Laws degree in Labour Law from Osmania University and an MBA specializing in HR & Marketing from the University of Madras.

Kaira Gangaiah has also obtained several certifications. In 2013, they completed SHL Occupational Testing Training Level A & B from The British Psychological Society (CEB SHL Talent Measurement from CEB) and HAY Job Evaluation from Hay Group. In 2005, they completed the Thomas International Certification Program on DISC Profiling from Thomas International. Kaira also obtained a Professional Development Program (PDP) Phase - A certification from Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences (ISABS), New Delhi in 2003.
