Bethan Hewitt

Bethan Hewitt is an experienced People Experience Partner, currently working at Binalyze since December 2024 and previously at Panaseer from July 2021 to December 2024, where significant contributions were made to build a People function in a remote and globally distributed environment. Prior roles include serving as an EA and Operations Manager at Carolyn Spring - Reversing Adversity and as Operations Manager and EA for For the Love of a Child Charity, both focused on supporting trauma survivors. Additional experience includes positions as Office Manager at Hope Church Glasgow and as a Primary School Teacher for Sheffield City Council. Bethan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Primary Education from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 2011.
