Alice Brito Lopes has extensive experience in compliance and due diligence within the financial services sector. Currently serving as HRC SME and Advisory at Binance since March 2023, Alice provides advisory services related to high-risk customers. Previously, Alice held the position of EDD Compliance Associate at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange and has a solid background at BNP Paribas, where roles included RMA DD Controller & Supervisor and RMA Due Diligence Officer. Alice started in the legal field as an Advogada Estagiária at CRBA - Sociedade de Advogados and as a Trainee Lawyer at EDGE - International Lawyers. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Law and Financial Markets from NOVA School of Law and postgraduate studies in Finance and Regulation of Financial Institutions, among others, culminating in a law degree from the University of Coimbra.
