Tatyana Lirtsman

Tatyana Lirtsman is a legal professional with extensive experience in tax law and state and local taxation (SALT). Currently, Tatyana serves as a Partner and Director at SingerLewak LLP since April 2020, while also holding the position of Manager SALT at Marcum LLP since January 2019. Tatyana's previous roles include Senior SALT at KPMG from March 2016 to January 2019 and Senior II SALT at Weaver from December 2013 to March 2016. Tatyana holds an LL.M in Taxation from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Doctor of Law (JD) and LL.M in International Law and Political Science from XGA E&R, MGY in Russia.
