Tamara Regulski

Tamara Regulski is a Learning Management Systems Specialist at Binghamton University since 2008, primarily responsible for administering and supporting the Blackboard Learning Management System until 2021, and currently involved with the adoption of Desire2Learn Brightspace. Prior experience includes roles as a Training Associate at National Pipe and Plastics from 2000 to 2008, and as an IT Specialist at Ridley-Lowell Business and Technical Institute from 1997 to 2000, where Tamara also served as an instructor teaching various business and computer courses to adult learners. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Computer Science from SUNY Oneonta and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a concentration in Computer Science from SUNY Broome Community College.
