Lisa Bass M.A., SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in HR transformation, employee experience, and talent development. Currently serving as the HR Operations & Transformation Director at BioReference Laboratories since August 2020, Lisa has successfully developed and implemented HR strategies that emphasize organizational efficiency, cost reduction, and employee engagement. Previous roles include career coaching at Candid Career Consulting, HR Transformation Consultant, and HR leadership positions at ADP and the NYC Law Department, where Lisa honed skills in project management, process improvement, and compliance.
