Nikitha Reddy, holding a Master’s degree in Project Management from Northeastern University, currently serves as a Project Manager I at BioAgilytix, beginning in June 2023. Previously, Nikitha was a Project Management Co-op at Cytiva, where responsibilities included managing four critical custom projects and leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Experience at Northeastern University included roles as a Student Success Guide, providing support to over 50 first-year learners, and as a Patient Care Associate, assisting with participant check-ins and technical issues.
