Bryan Smith has extensive experience in sales training and marketing within the medical and educational fields. Currently serving as a Field Sales Trainer at Biocomposites since December 2013, Bryan is responsible for educating product specialists, surgeons, and sales representatives on safe product usage. Prior roles at Biocomposites include Product Specialist and Field Marketing Specialist, where Bryan contributed to the development of the Field Sales Trainer position and corporate training initiatives. Bryan co-owned Smith Wicks, a soy candle company, and negotiated its sale in 2019. Additionally, Bryan worked as an Application Specialist at Custom Spine, engaging directly with surgeons to enhance product offerings, and previously held positions as a Special Education Assistant and President of Hudson-Smith Marketing and Design, focused on web development and advertising. Bryan earned a degree in Education with a focus on Sport Management from the University of North Florida.
