Major Jayesh Varma

Major Jayesh Varma, Shaurya Chakra, currently serves as the Head of Security at Biocon Park in Bangalore since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jayesh held the position of Vice President Operations at peel-works from April 2022 to April 2023 and briefly served as an SLO at G4S, where responsibility included extensive security integration for Team England during the T20 Cricket World Cup 2021 in Dubai. Jayesh accumulated significant experience in the Indian Army from October 2010 to September 2021, taking on various titles such as Senior Operations & Project Manager and Lead Operations & Security Officer. Prior to military service, Jayesh worked in customer service roles at EXL, Convergys, Wipro Limited, and Tata Business Support Services Limited. Jayesh holds a Business Management Programme degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon.
