Anand Janack

Anand Janack currently serves as Vice President and General Manager for Canada at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc., with full accountability for the Commercial Team, P&L, and business performance. Anand also acts as an advisor at the Hatchery in the University of Toronto Engineering, consulting on various aspects of start-up companies. Previously, Anand held the position of Senior Director, Commercial at Emergent BioSolutions, overseeing the Narcan® business and leading strategic direction and team development. Anand's experience includes leadership roles at Takeda Canada, Shire, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Bayer, Medtronic, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, with a focus on business performance, strategic direction, and market engagement. Anand holds an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurial Studies from the Schulich School of Business, York University, and a degree from the University of Toronto.
