Bradley C. Harrison is the Founder and Managing Partner of Scout Ventures, a dual-use seed venture fund based in Austin, Texas, actively investing from its fourth fund since May 2009. In addition to this role, Bradley serves as a Board Member for the West Point Jewish Chapel Fund and is a Member of The Explorers Club, which supports scientific expeditions globally. Previously, Bradley founded BHV, an early-stage venture capital firm, and held significant positions at WhenU.com and America Online, focusing on business development and media strategy. An Army veteran, Bradley achieved the rank of Captain and served as an Infantry Officer with the 25th Infantry Division. Bradley graduated with a B.S. in Theoretical Economics from the United States Military Academy, where distinguished academic, physical, and military achievements were earned, later obtaining an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
