Wendell Taylor

Wendell Taylor is the Chief Corporation Counsel at Biogen since October 2020, overseeing legal representation for securities, board functions, business development, finance, and corporate affairs. Prior to Biogen, Wendell served as Chief Business Officer at Q-STATE BIOSCIENCES, INC. and as Vice President of Business Development at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where leadership included managing acquisitions and collaborations. Additionally, Wendell was an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Boston University School of Law, teaching Negotiated Mergers and Acquisitions, and spent over 20 years as a Partner at WilmerHale, advising clients on corporate law matters. Wendell holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/History from William & Mary.
