Lesley Decosmo

Lesley DeCosmo is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in clinical development and leadership. Currently serving as Clinical Development Manager at Biolife, LLC since August 2019, Lesley previously held the position of Key Account Manager at Adhezion Biomedical, LLC and worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Leventon, a Werfen Company, where expertise included education on elastomeric infusion systems. With a long tenure at Florida Hospital as Assistant Nurse Manager and Neonatal PICC Educator, Lesley developed a robust background in NICU care and nursing leadership. Lesley holds a nursing degree from Sheffield School of Nursing, completed between 1983 and 1987, and exhibits a special interest in vascular access products and initiatives.
