Michael Reid

Michael Reid, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Assistant Financial Controller at Biotics Research Corporation since August 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held positions including Senior Manager of Accounting & Finance at JERA Americas from November 2019 to July 2024, and Senior Accounting Manager at Sceptre Hospitality Resources between November 2016 and April 2019. Additional roles include consulting at Facta Non Verba LLC, Project Controller at Power Plant Management Services, Senior Accountant at AEI Energy, and Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, where responsibilities included leading audits and managing reporting activities. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston, as well as a Diploma in Marketing from the University of Technology.
