Penny Arnold

Penny Arnold is an experienced professional in institutional advancement and development, currently serving as the Director of Institutional Advancement at The Birch Wathen Lenox School since June 2023. Prior roles include Director of Development at City and Country School from May 2015 to June 2023, and Director of Development at The Gillen Brewer School from September 2008 to May 2015. Earlier experience includes Associate Director of Development and Alumni/ae Director at Grace Church School, and Director of Special Events Development at The New York Botanical Garden. Additionally, Penny served as Director of Special Events at The Chapin School from May 1993 to September 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Mathematics, and English Literature from Rider University, and a Master's Degree in Psychology from New York University.
