April Royal

April Royal currently serves as the Vice President of Property Management at Birchstone Residential since October 2023. With extensive experience in property management, April has held multiple regional director positions at Flagship Properties Corporation, Miles Properties, Inc., WRH Realty Services, and Knightvest Management from 1992 to 2014. Additionally, April served as Vice President at CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC. from 2014 to 2023 and has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Tarrant County since January 2020. April is also a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through IREM from 2008 to 2010.
