Furqan Habib

Furqan Habib, P.Eng, PMP is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management, particularly within the nuclear and construction sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Bird Construction, Furqan leads the Port Hope Remediation Program. Prior experience at E.S. FOX LIMITED included pivotal roles such as Senior Project Manager for the Pickering Deep Water Intake Geotechnical Project and the Darlington Refurbishment Projects, demonstrating expertise in geotechnical analysis, project execution, and stakeholder management. With a solid foundation from Kiewit, where positions ranged from Lead Hydro-testing Engineer to Project Manager, and military experience as a Combat Engineer Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, Furqan possesses a robust engineering background complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ontario Tech University and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor.
