Charlotte Cariaga

Charlotte Cariaga is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and legal advisory roles. Currently serving as Commercial Contract Counsel at Birdeye since March 2023, Charlotte previously held the position of Senior Manager in Contract Management at Conduent from May 2014 to March 2023, where leadership of a team handling strategic contracts was key. Prior to that, Charlotte served as Contracts Manager at Emerson Process Management, overseeing contract negotiations and compliance for the Middle East and Africa region. Additional experience includes a role as Contracts Administration Manager at Xerox Business Services Philippines and Contracts Supervisor at SM Development Company. Charlotte holds a Juris Doctor degree from San Sebastian College - Recoletos de Manila and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Centro Escolar University.
