David Floren

David Floren, CPM, ARM is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience in regional portfolio management. Currently serving as Regional Property Manager at Birge & Held since September 2023, David previously held the position of Regional Portfolio Manager at Sequoia Equities, Inc. from July 2006 to June 2023, managing portfolios across Southern California, Northern California, and Washington, focusing on strategic asset repositioning, preservation, and renovations. Prior to that, David worked as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty from March 2014 to February 2017, specializing in real estate client services.
