Dr Hayley Lewis

Dr. Hayley Lewis is the founder and director of HALO Psychology, established in July 2016, focusing on aiding managers and leaders in addressing organizational challenges related to people, performance, and change. As a programme director for the MRes Professional Practice in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, Dr. Lewis co-manages a crucial part of the Professional Doctorate programme. Additional roles include being an honorary lecturer in MSc Organisational Psychology at City, University of London, and serving as a lecturer and module lead during tenure at Kingston University. Dr. Lewis has extensive experience in various psychological and organizational roles, including previous positions at Croydon Council and the BBC, contributing to significant organizational development and communications strategies.
