Manik Nandan

Manik Nandan is an accomplished professional with a strong background in Agile methodologies and software development. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Birlasoft since March 2022, Manik manages two Agile-based teams as a Scrum Master, collaborates with the Product Owner to refine the backlog, and conducts training sessions to promote Agile principles. Previously, at Infosys Ltd from June 2014 to February 2022, Manik held roles ranging from Senior Associate Consultant, where responsibilities included bridging product management and engineering by documenting requirements, to Test Analyst and Test Engineer, focusing on quality assurance and defect tracking. Manik holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, and prior education includes senior secondary and high school diplomas from institutions in Patna.
