Jane McAllister

Jane McAllister is an experienced professional in careers and employability services, currently serving as the Careers+ Manager for the Faculty of Arts, Design and Media at Birmingham City University since March 2011. In this role, Jane focuses on enhancing employability opportunities for all students and graduates within the faculty. Prior to this position, Jane worked as a Careers Consultant at Birmingham City University, providing career advice to students and graduates. Jane's career journey began at Coventry University in April 2004, where various roles were undertaken, including Careers and Employability Adviser and Work Placement Manager, culminating in the role of Business Partner for Postgraduates. Jane holds a Master of Education (MEd) from the Centre for Enhancement of Learning and Teaching at Birmingham City University and further educational qualifications from the University of Warwick.
