Sukanya Patel is a seasoned recruiter with over 20 years of experience, specializing in Oracle HR&Payroll and Recruitment. Currently serving as a Co-Founder and Oracle Recruiter at Worksmiths since May 2016, Sukanya has demonstrated expertise in fast-paced implementation environments. Additionally, Sukanya is a member of the Industrial Advisory Board at Birmingham City University and has been involved with TEAM (The Employment Agents Movement) since November 2016. Previous roles include Human Resources Recruiter for an independent agency, Oracle HCM Consultant at Oracle Contracting, and Oracle HCM Consultant with Oracle, where significant contributions included design, support, and implementation of HCM modules and training workshops for both public and commercial entities.
