Dorothee Osterroth

Dorothee Osterroth is an experienced professional in organizational and people development, currently serving as Lead Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung at Bischof+Klein since February 2024. Prior to this role, Dorothee held the position of Head of Organizational and People Development at Felix Schoeller Group from May 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading the development team and defining strategic HR initiatives. Dorothee’s earlier experience includes consulting, training, and coaching at Potenziale GmbH, and a role in performance management coordination at Deutsche Postbank AG. Academically, Dorothee holds a Master of Science in Cognitive Psychology from The University of Freiburg and has completed multiple additional qualifications in counseling and training.
