Claire Ter Veer

Claire ter Veer is an accomplished professional currently serving as an Innovator and Vibe Manager at Schiphol's Innovation Hub, focusing on accelerating radical innovations for sustainable airport development since July 2022. With a robust background in talent development through Young Colfield’s Trainee Talent Program, Claire has also held significant roles such as a Relationship Manager for the HR ecosystem at the Ministry of Defence, and a board member for Young Transparency International Nederland. Additional experience includes Strategy & Partnership Development at Earth Charter International and intern roles in political affairs at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Spain. Claire holds a Master’s degree in History of International Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at Universidad de Cádiz.
