Felicity Lewis

Felicity Lewis serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Bitcoin Depot since May 2023. Previously, Felicity held the position of Legal Director for the US at Luno from September 2022 to December 2022, where responsibilities included advising on US legal matters related to product, privacy, compliance, and cryptocurrency regulations. Felicity's prior experience includes working as Associate General Counsel and Director of Execution and Business Development at tZERO Group, Inc., where tasks involved blockchain technology and asset execution strategy. Earlier roles include Associate General Counsel at McGuireWoods LLP and Corporate Associate positions at Hunton & Williams LLP and Paul Hastings. Felicity began a legal career with a Summer Secondee role at Credit Suisse. Felicity earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Southern California between 2011 and 2014.
