Pratyush Reddy Polam

Pratyush Reddy Polam is an experienced Splunk Consultant at bitsIO Inc. since September 2021, focusing on facilitating migrations to Splunk cloud from on-premises and AWS/GCP environments, while collaborating with architects to design new cloud architectures. Previously, Pratyush worked at Compass Group from February 2015 to October 2020, holding multiple roles including Data Engineer for ExxonMobil, where responsibilities included maintaining Splunk infrastructure and collaborating with IT on technology strategies, as well as serving as O&M Project Coordinator, leading a team to improve project timelines and ensuring safety initiatives were met. Additional experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Houston, Inspection & Expediting Engineer at AL BHARATH OIL & GAS FIELDS SERVICES LLC, and a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Solar Semiconductor (P) Ltd. Pratyush holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.
