Ritesh Daryani is currently an advisor at BizMerlinHR. Prior to that, they were with Edifecs and Expedia. Ritesh has extensive experience in human resources, having served as a thought leader in the design and implementation of a new performance management program. Ritesh has also onboarded and assimilated new leaders, and effectively coached executives/managers on complex employee relations issues. Ritesh has a passion for building high performing HR teams, and has designed and launched an exclusive orientation program for centralized Technology team. Ritesh has also coached and partnered with the eCommerce Platform Leaders to align organizational design to meet growth. Ritesh thrives in ambiguous environments and is experienced in building and scaling organizations to meet business objectives.

Ritesh Daryani has a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University. Ritesh also has an MA in the same field from the same school. Ritesh has an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Lucknow. Ritesh also has a certification from LinkedIn in Jeff Weiner on Establishing a Culture and a Plan for Scaling.
