Rebecca Johnson is an experienced Investment and Operations Associate at BKR Capital since May 2022. Previously, Rebecca served as an Investment and Advisory Manager at The Chrysalis Capital from March 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included supporting the growth of African startups and advising on expansion strategies for a Healthtech company in Nigeria, facilitating a significant fundraising effort. Earlier roles include Junior Associate, where operational frameworks for startups were redesigned, and Associate Financial Analyst at Venture Garden Group, where budgeting processes and financial reporting were managed. Rebecca’s career began as a Graduate Research Assistant at NISER, Ibadan, where economic data analysis was conducted. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Covenant University.
