Breton Boudreaux

Breton Boudreaux is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and career development. Serving as the Director of Recruitment & Talent Management at BL Companies since August 2018, Breton oversees recruitment strategies for a 100% employee-owned design firm. Prior to this role, Breton was the Director of Career Development and Employer Relations at the University of Saint Joseph, where significant improvements in student advising appointments and alumni engagement were achieved. With a background that includes roles at Trinity College, Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, and Stoked Mentoring, Breton has demonstrated expertise in program management, data analysis, and curriculum development. Breton holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
