Angelo dos Santos is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over 17 years in various prominent positions within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Head Chef and a member of the opening team at Bla Bla Beach Club since November 2020, Angelo has also held the role of Executive Sous Chef at Atelier M Restaurant, Lounge and Rooftop from October 2017 to November 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Head Chef at both Culinary Boutique and Angelo Naturalmente Italiano, as well as progressing through positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, The Gritti Palace, and Hilton Auckland, beginning as a Commis de cuisine. Angelo dos Santos received a degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from ISTAO - Istituto Adriano Olivetti between 2001 and 2004.
