Sarah Pennelli

Sarah Pennelli has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles, working in various companies before joining Blaby District Council in November 2009. Sarah currently holds the position of Strategic Director (Section 151 Officer) and Director of People & Finance at the council. Sarah is responsible for overseeing Finance, Human Resources, Neighbourhood Services, Assets, and Community Services. Prior to their current roles, Sarah held positions such as Financial Services Group Manager at RAC and Financial Development Manager at RAC Business Solutions. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills. Sarah is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
