Adam Elrod

Adam Elrod is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of Geographic Information Systems and utility forestry. Currently serving as a Geographic Information Systems Technician at Black Hills Energy since December 2020 and as a Utility Forester at Environmental Consultants (ECI) since January 2020, Adam has also been self-employed at Elrod Inc. since April 2003. Previous roles include Appraiser at Wilson County Appraisers and Research Assistant at Texas Agrilife Extension, where Adam aided viticulturist researchers and supervised technical assistants. Adam's diverse skill set is further exemplified by experience as a Landscaper at Cooper's Nursery. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Horticulture/Rangeland and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Education, both from Tarleton State University, with additional studies at Fort Stockton High School and McMurry University.
