Bryan Baumgartner

Bryan Baumgartner has extensive experience in land and real estate management, currently serving as a Senior Right of Way Agent at Black Hills Energy since September 2018, focusing on Arkansas and Kansas. Prior to this, Bryan operated as a Business Owner at Arkansas Backflow Consultant LLC starting in August 2017 and held the position of Senior Right of Way Acquisition Agent for the City of Fort Smith Utility Department from August 2016 to September 2018, where responsibilities included property acquisition and easement negotiations. Bryan's earlier career involved self-employment as a Project Manager specializing in permit and land acquisition for various oil and gas companies across the United States from 2005 to 2016. Educational qualifications include studies at the Arkansas Environmental Training Academy, Fort Smith Regional School of Real Estate, Southern Arkansas University Tech, and the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.
