Kiamiah Starke

Kiamiah Starke, CFAA-HR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an Elite Member of The Black In HR since January 2023 and as a member of GOSHRM-The Greater Orlando Society for Human Resource Management since October 2022. Kiamiah has held various roles, including Human Resources Generalist at Avante Group Inc., where responsibilities included designing training sessions on diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and managing legal matters. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at AVANTE AT ORLANDO, INC., and HR Assistant at Tonys Tree Service. Kiamiah has a background in social work, holding a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and has also gained experience in social work and child protective investigations across several organizations.
