Kelly Baird

Kelly Baird currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at ABAVerzus Block Party and as Conference Coordinator for Black Men In Behavior Analysis. As the Founder of BWIBAAD and President of MOBBAC, Baird is actively involved in community initiatives supporting Black professionals in behavior analysis. Baird holds the titles of Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Provisional Behavior Analyst at the Missouri Department of Mental Health. Previous roles include Clinical Director at Truman State University, Behavior Consultant at Great Circle, and an Intern-Line Behavior Therapist at Applied Behavior Services. Baird's educational background includes a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences with a focus on Psychology and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
